ShipGerman Economy 2.0
We’ve revamped our popular Economy service to bring you even greater value and flexibility. Here’s what’s new:
- Expanded Size and Weight Limits: We've improved the size limit to 100x60x50 cm and increased the maximum weight to 20kg for most countries, giving you more room to ship larger and heavier items.
- More Frequent Pickups: We now offer daily pickups from our warehouse, an upgrade from the previous twice-weekly schedule, ensuring faster shipping.
- Competitive Rates and Faster Delivery: Enjoy the same, if not better, rates with quicker delivery times compared to the previous version, especially for bulkier shipments.
- Efficient Handling: Shipments are handled by local carriers in Europe and reliable postal services worldwide, ensuring swift and secure delivery.
UPS Economy
Our UPS Economy service replaces the former UPS Expedited, offering a more affordable and flexible solution for worldwide delivery.
- Flexible Delivery Timeframes: Expect your packages to arrive within 5 to 12 business days, whether they are being shipped by air or ground within Europe.
- Cost-Effective Rates: UPS Economy is one of the most economical options for shipping to the US and many other international destinations.
- Weight-Based Pricing: Unlike most UPS services, which use volumetric weight (the size and space a package takes up), UPS Economy primarily charges based on actual weight—except for US shipments where volumetric weight applies. (Volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the dimensions of a package and dividing by a standard factor, which often leads to higher costs for bulky but lightweight shipments.)
- Lower Insurance: While the cost savings are significant, it’s important to note that insurance coverage for UPS Economy is slightly lower compared to premium services.
ShipGerman Economy Pickup Point
For those who prefer collecting their parcels from a local pickup point, we now offer ShipGerman Economy Pickup Point services across key European countries:
- Convenient Pickup Locations: Available in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden, this service ensures your parcel is delivered to a pickup point near you.
- Fast Delivery Times: Expect delivery within just a few business days, making it both fast and reliable.
