Our warehouse setup provides certain limits to the services we can provide. Please make sure you stay within the following limits.

Please make sure that the mailbox ID as well as our company name is on the label. You will find examples of how that should look after your registration.

EU countries

We only accept shipments from within the EU at our warehouse - we can ship worldwide of course.

Not contain
prohibited goods

Please check our list of prohibited goods below before ordering to our warehouse to make sure we can handle your item. Check with customer service if you are unsure.

Must be
paid in advance
All items you buy from the online shops must have been paid for before arriving at our warehouse. If we have reason to believe it is not we will ask you to provide proof of payment, if you are not able to provide it within 5 business days we will return the package on your expense.

1 Goods with a value of more than 1.000€ have to be declared in a specific way that results in us having to impose a surcharge of 150€ per shipment. We also do not accept any liability for items whose value exceeds 1.000€.

2 We reserve the right to return, destroy or sell any shipments that have not received an order within 14 days free storage plus 30 days paid storage. We also reserve the right to impose shorter storage times for certain customer accounts. Shipments that have not been assigned to an account within 14 days of their arrival at our warehouse may be returned, destroyed or sold.

Goods without liability

We reserve the right to limit our liability for certain groups of items that are either very precious or very fragile. Please note we must not be held responsible for damage to or loss of the following kinds of items:

  • Jewelery of any kind (inluding watches, rings, earrings, ...)
  • Very fragile items if not properly packaged
  • Works of art
  • Data
  • Glass
  • LCD Screens and monitors
  • Pottery, Ceramics & Tiles
  • Vouchers and tickets

Transportation carriers may or may not insure the kinds of goods above. This restriction only applies to the items while at our warehouse. You can find details for the insurance by the transportation carriers in their respective terms.

Prohibited goods

The following items must not be shipped through our warehouse in any case:

  • Goods that can only be sold with an age verification in Germany (e.g. cigarettes)
  • Banknotes and coins thereof, foreign and domestic
  • Securities, stamps, credit cards and other bank cards, bank letters, SIM cards (anything that is going to be registered to our address)
  • ID cards, passports and any other kind of government issued identification method
  • Document-only letters
  • Gold, silver and other precious metals as well als gems
  • Works of art with cultural or historic value
  • Weapons prohibited by German weapons law including the weapons that may be bought but not be worn in public (<a href="https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/waffg_2002/anlage_2.html" target="_blank" >Attachment 2, Section 1 Waffengesetz</a >), including but not limited to
    • Weapons of war
    • Firearms
    • Electronic impulse devices (e.g. tasers and airtasers)
    • Knuckledusters
    • Switchblade knifes
    • Butterfly knifes
    • Easily flammable goods that can cause explosions
    • Batons
    • Bayonets
    • Swords
    • Ammunition
  • Medication
  • Drugs
  • Drug-like substances (e.g. powders) that were not sold by commercial sellers located in Germany and are not clearly identifiable as non-drugs
  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco
  • Oil including petrol, light petrol and diesel
  • Animals, alive and dead and products thereof
  • All kinds of perishable goods
  • Food and food supplements
  • All kinds of infectious, poisonous, caustic or cantagious substances
  • Body parts of any kind (incl. DNA swaps, human remains, human hair) as well as medical samples
  • Loose furniture and mattresses
  • Ovens
  • Personal data
  • Pornography
  • Printer ink
  • Sanitary and phytosanitary goods
  • Televisions
  • Tumble driers
  • Washing machines
  • All substances and items falling under one <a href="https://adrbook.com/en/2017/ADR/2" >of the ADR classifications</a >, including but not limited to
    • Explosive substances
    • Gases
    • Flammable liquids (including perfume, aftershave and nail polish)
    • Flammable solids, self-reactive substances, polymerizing substances and solid desensitized explosives
    • Substances liable to spontaneous combustion
    • Substances which, in contact with water, emit flammable gases
    • Oxidizing substances
    • Organic peroxides
    • Toxic substances
    • Infectious substances
    • Radioactive material
    • Corrosive substances
  • Pressurized containers of any kind, aerosols
