Delivery PINs and QR Codes
Some French carriers require a delivery PIN or QR code before they will hand over your parcel. If you receive such a code, simply forward the email to us - we'll handle the rest and make sure your delivery is received smoothly.
How It Works
Wait for the PIN/QR code from the carrier
The PIN or QR code will be provided once the delivery has been handed over to the carrier.
Forward the e-Mail with PIN/QR Code
Once received, simply forward the e-mail to us.
We process PIN/QR Code
We automatically process the PIN or QR code and provide it to the staff at our French address, so they can give it to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Time-Sensitive
Please forward the PIN or QR code to us as soon as you receive it. Without this code, our staff will likely not be able to receive your delivery from the carrier.
