What’s Changing and What It Means for You
More Space, Better Service: Our new warehouse is more than three times larger than the old one. This extra space will help us handle more packages, especially during the busy Christmas season, ensuring your parcels are processed quickly and efficiently.
Closer to Key Hubs: The new location brings us closer to Munich Airport and major carrier hubs like DHL Express and UPS. This strategic move means later cut-off times and faster processing for your shipments.

Transition Plan
To make the transition smooth and hassle-free for you, here’s what you need to know:
Until August 30th: If shipments arrive at our old address, there won’t be any issues. We’ll transfer all incoming packages to the new warehouse at no extra charge. Expect the same great service with no delays.
August 30th - September 15th: Our old warehouse will still receive packages, but there won’t be staff on-site. Transfers will occur weekly, so there might be some delays.
After September 15th: We will no longer accept deliveries at the old address. Packages sent there will be returned to the sender.
What You Need to Do
Please update your saved German address on all websites and subscriptions to the new address listed above. Double-check any ongoing orders or subscriptions to ensure they are sent to the new address.
